Great place to stay. Spacious and updated room, comfortable bed, quiet, clean and friendly staff. The complementary breakfast was perfect for our busy stay. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area. The only negative issue was the microwave didn’t work.

ALL of the staff were very friendly and kind. From the moment we walked in. Smiles and happy attitudes. Very accommodating and kind. Our room was super clean and great. The two breakfast/kitchen workers Antoine and Alla were the best!!! Super friendly. We watched them greet everyone who came in for breakfast with a “Good morning,” and smile. They work so hard keeping the whole area clean. Very smiley and helpful. I watched them help young kids and others with the waffle maker etc. I’ve never seen staff so kind, friendly and helpful! Very impressed with all the staff and this hotel. Will definitely stay there again!

Excellent Stay at Residence Inn Provo, UT We had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn in Provo, UT! The hotel feels practically brand new and is located in a very safe, convenient area. Everything was extremely well maintained - clean, neat, and thoughtfully designed throughout. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, and the breakfast team was especially warm and helpful. While the egg allergy-friendly choices were a bit limited (similar to many other hotels), the overall spread was great. Our suite was spacious and perfectly set up for comfort. We loved the compact living room area and the well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini cooktop, full-sized microwave, and even a mini dishwasher. It made the stay feel like home. The room layout was smart and comfortable, and we enjoyed the nice view of the hills around Salt Lake City. Parking was free with plenty of space, which was a big plus. The location worked great for our one-night stay over the Thanksgiving holidays, offering good value for money and easy access to local spots. Overall, we highly recommend this Residence Inn and would definitely stay again!

Juniper was so kind and accommodating. My room was having issues warming up, it's fine, these things happen. She came and helped me move to another room! Thanks to her I slept warm and very comfortable all night long. Thank you so much!

Check in swift and friendly. Extremely spacious rooms. The most comfortable beds I’ve had in a long while on the road. Showers strong and hot. Everything set up (charging stations) for a restful stay. Loved the well stocked kitchenette with even cute pepper and salt. Very good value.

I have stayed at numerous Marriott locations being a gold elite member and this location has been the best I have stayed at. The staff was VERY friendly at checkout and I felt welcome. The room was ready early so I was able to immediately get in the room and get ready for a wedding I was to attend in a couple hours. The room was clean and tidy with nothing out of place. The upkeep of the rooms are great. Beds are comfortable and I slept well. The main reason I am writing this review is to give a HUGE shout out to Antoine the breakfast server. I work in healthcare quality and pay attention to all the details by trade. You can tell he takes pride in his work. He was very friendly and greeted everyone that entered for breakfast, there was not one missing or lacking area within the breakfast spread, and was accommodating to my gluten free dietary restrictions. He walked around picking up finished plates from guests and cleaned the tables immediately after they left. The area was very clean and tidy. I was very impressed and have not seen this work ethic and pride at any other Marriot. He truly would be an asset to corporate Marriott in the education and customer service arena. Great job Antoine and keep up the positive attitude and hardwork. God Bless!

Conveniently located, very clean, well lit parking, and SUPER friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are renovated and well appointed. Breakfast area is clean and well equipped. The food was hot and fresh. Antoine was breathe of fresh air over breakfast! He was cheerful and friendly and quick to react and keep the area in pristine condition.

We had a 1bed suite. Nice room. Couple of minor issues. Towels were extremely worn and long overdue for replacement. The body wash liquid in the shower was watered down. Barely could get lather. Light over the oven is burned out.
